Study on people with major depression. Three groups:

  • Exercise 30 minutes a day 3 times a week
  • Take Zoloft
  • Exercise and take Zoloft

The course discussed the importance of sleep (normal being > 7.5 hours) on mood and cognitive performance. I’m too lazy to type it up.
